Taxes & Fees
There will be a $200 security deposit + $125 cleaning fee with all rentals. State and local taxes of 14.45% will apply.
Off-Season Nightly Stays
Stays for less than one week are available during the months of October – March, inquire for nightly rates (3-night minimum stay).
